Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Hirefii platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, applicants, employers, and other users of the platform.
Hirefii reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Service
Hirefii is an employment marketplace that connects job seekers ("Applicants") with employers ("Employers"). Applicants create profiles showcasing their experience, credentials, and readiness to work. Employers subscribe to search, filter, and unlock Applicant profiles to facilitate the hiring process.
Hirefii does not guarantee employment for Applicants or successful hires for Employers. We facilitate introductions and provide tools — the employment relationship is solely between Applicant and Employer.
3. Account Registration
You must register for an account to use core features of the Service. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and not share it with third parties
- Notify Hirefii immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
Hirefii reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the platform.
4. Applicant Terms
As an Applicant, you represent and warrant that:
- All profile information you submit is truthful, accurate, and your own
- You have the right to share any credentials, documents, or media you upload
- You will not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or identity
- You understand that your profile may be viewed by subscribing Employers
- Contact information you provide may be shared with Employers upon unlock
Basic profiles are free. Optional PROfile upgrades (background checks, drug screening, psychometric testing, physical readiness exams) carry separate fees payable through the platform. Badge credentials are issued by third-party providers and Hirefii makes no warranty as to their validity beyond platform display.
5. Employer Terms
As an Employer, you represent and warrant that:
- You are authorized to hire on behalf of your organization
- You will use Applicant contact information solely for legitimate hiring purposes
- You will not resell, share, or redistribute unlocked Applicant data
- You will comply with all applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws
- You will not use the platform to harass, solicit, or contact Applicants for non-hiring purposes
Employer subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. A 7-day free trial is available; no PROfile unlocks are granted during the trial period. Unlocks reset each billing cycle according to your plan. Additional unlocks may be purchased individually at the listed rate.
6. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds
Employer subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Hirefii to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the selected billing interval until you cancel. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. One-time PROfile Unlock purchases are non-refundable once processed.
Hirefii reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new rate.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform by automated means
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code
- Post false, misleading, defamatory, or discriminatory content
- Impersonate any person, company, or entity
- Upload malware, viruses, or any malicious code
- Circumvent security features or access controls
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with the operation of the platform or servers
8. Intellectual Property
The Hirefii name, logo, platform design, and all associated content are the exclusive property of Hirefii and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
By submitting content to the platform (profile text, media, credentials), you grant Hirefii a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use that content for the purposes of operating the Service. You retain ownership of your content.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Hirefii does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee any specific hiring outcomes for Applicants or Employers.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hirefii and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of employment, loss of data, or loss of revenue.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Hirefii in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
